Try and eat a varied diet. Rather than relying on traditional meat-based recipes, why not try going meat-free one a week, to vary your protein sources and benefit the environment at the same time.

Recipe 2: Chickpea tacos with purple sweet potato

We’ve loaded our gem lettuce tacos with a coconut carrot slaw, harissa spiced chickpeas and guacamole, served with purple sweet potato fries! We love using chickpeas as they are so versatile and are a great source of manganese, which is essential for bone health.
