Avoid eating refined carbohydrates and refined sugars such as white pasta, white rice and white bread. This helps to stabilize blood sugar levels, which in turn will improve your energy levels, productivity and sleep.
We love switching regular rice for nutrient-dense broccoli rice, as we have done in this creamy pork stroganoff, made with chestnut mushrooms, paprika and coconut milk.
