Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping for our customers located in the UK. We don't want to keep you waiting and aim to send out your shipment as soon as we receive your offer. However, to avoid disappointment, please allow for at least 5 working days. If you are the impatient type, we also offer an express service for next day deliveries for a small extra charge. 

International shipments are available and rates depend on your region.

RoW Untracked - £14.95
RoW Tracked - £24.95

Please note that for UK Express you need to place your order before 1 pm so we can ensure it is shipped the same day. All of our shipments are handled by third parties and delays may occur.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We truly hope that you will enjoy our products. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you certainly have the option to send it back to us and either exchange it for something else or receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Some small print (sorry!)

Please return any product within 14 days in perfect condition, with proof of purchase, in its original packaging and with the labels still attached. Perfect condition means that the item is unworn, unused and free from any marks. We will offer you the opportunity to replace your product with the same product in a different size, subject to availability, or receive a refund of the full purchase price. If you prefer a different item then we kindly ask you to put in a new order.  Please note that Sports Philosophy is not obliged to offer a refund or replacement without proof of purchase.

Please note that any products you intend to return are your responsibility until they reach us. If you would like to be refunded for your purchase, we aim to process returns within 14 working days from receipt of the order. You will receive an email from us with the details of your refund and we will credit the account used for the original purchase.

Should you receive a faulty item, please return the item to the address stated above. Sports Philosophy reserves the right to determine whether an item is faulty. If the product is deemed faulty, a replacement item will be shipped subject to availability or the full purchase price will be credited to the account of the initial purchase.
