Start the day with a healthy brunch

We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but so what if it comes at midday day, it’s the weekend! Here at Sports Philosophy we have come up with the best places to Brunch over bank holiday…

The Good Life Eatery Knightsbridge

Enjoy guilt-free breakfasts with lots of protein, nutrients and juices galore! Our favourite on the new menu is the So-Fresh So-Clean mix of Poached Eggs, Quinoa, Kale, Sweet Potato, Basil Cashew Cream and Omega Seeds – everything you need to start the day right. Not only has this restaurant topped it on the food, they also make the time to build relationships with their local communities which brings a great sense of friendship and community to the eatery.

Farmacy - Bayswater

Farmacy is perfect if you would like a healthy indulgence over the weekend, with lots of comforting tastes like banana, cinnamon or the good old English Breakfast. Whatever your taste, this restaurant has it all. Here at Sports Philosophy, we delight over Faramacy’s extensive lists of breakfast drinks and juices, definitely worth a try!

Granger & Co various locations

If you’re looking for an easy going start to the day, then look no further than Grainger & co. with a number of branches in various parts of The City this makes for a relaxed morning treat. We normally go for the chia seed pot or granola which are full of flavour and goodness, but when we’re feeling a cheat day we like to have one of the delicious choices from the bakery.
