We're coming to the end of the month and it's almost time to see how far you've come from the start of the month. We hope the #SPFitFeb workouts have been getting you stronger, which we're sure will show in your results!

Here's one last one for a last push before you test yourself again, and a great one to keep incorporate in your workouts as you keep this routine going! 

Walkouts - 1 minute
Scissor Kicks - 10 each side
Jumping Lunges - 10 each side
**Repeat x3**
